We’re a consolidation of 11 local HVAC companies, including Contract Service Inc., Freeway, Salmon, Alder, and Bonneville. Some of our companies have been serving the Wasatch Front for more than 50 years. In other words, we know the people of Utah.

LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability. Building or renovating to LEED standards ensures cost savings over the life of the building. CSUSA is a member of the US Green Building Council and is committed to the USGBC’s LEED building certification program.

Rocky Mountain Gas Association Trained and Certified

The Utah State Legislature passed the Gas Technician Certification law in 2002, which requires that all technicians who get paid to work on gas appliances must prove competency by passing the RMGA certification exam.
