Mike Ditty, President
Mike has been in the mechanical services industry for 15 years and has been with the Comfort Systems USA for 6 years. He chose the HVAC industry because the science and engineering in the industry fascinate him. He says, “There are changes every week it seems! There is always something new and more efficient. Solving today’s problem with yesterday’s fix is not advantageous to our customers, so we are always looking at the new technology and how it fits in with our customers’ problems today.”

Jayson Mullins, Vice President and Construction Manager
Jayson has an extensive construction background of 18 years in all facets of construction, from design to commissioning of existing retrofit applications, or ground up construction. By coordinating and collaborating with owners, architects, general contractors, and all disciplines of building construction, Jayson’s goal is to deliver the best possible product and building experience for the team and end user. As a result of his experience, he has created and maintained a working relationship that is lasting and professional with the Utah building community.

Tiffanie Pike, Controller
Tiffanie has been with Comfort Systems since 1995. She started in customer service and moved through the accounting departments and is now the branch’s Chief Financial Officer. Her experience with the company gives her valuable insight into every facet of the company and its benefit to the overall success of the company.

James Ohlrich, Commercial Manager
Long-time employee James has been in the HVAC industry since 1982. He has been involved in all aspects of service and installation, but primarily focused on the commercial side of the industry. He is extremely interested in the ever-evolving and cutting-edge technologies that benefit the commercial building owner and property managers. James works closely with his team, often trouble-shooting side-by-side with them. This convenience to his experience has created an excellent relationship with his technicians which makes the experience exceptional for Comfort Systems’ clients.

Larry Montague, Vice President - Service
Larry has been in the HVAC trade for twenty-five years. The changing technology, the variety of people that he has met, and the challenges inherent to the industry have kept his work interesting and fresh for him all these years. Larry’s beginnings were in the field, installing and servicing equipment. This hands-on experience has made him a valuable asset for the technicians and installers he now supervises. His dedication to the highest level of service to Comfort Systems’ clients often finds him on site servicing equipment himself. Larry’s latest undertaking has enhanced Comfort Systems’ Indoor Air Quality services to include Radon Measurement and Mitigation.

Troy Wall, Business Development / Maintenance Sales
Troy has more than five years of industry experience, and more than 10 years of business development experience. His background is from the communication industry so he is diligent to stay current on new technology. This allows him to provide the best and most efficient solution for his clients’ needs. These efforts keep Comfort Systems at the forefront of innovation when it comes to finding the right outcome for any mechanical challenge.
